Kolkiv lyceum students are winners of the Championship of Ukraine

 

      Завершився ХХІІІ Чемпіонат України з інтелектуально-розвиваючих ігор "CROKS". During three weeks, 5 regional tournaments were held, in which 45 teams from  Ternopil Oblast, Volyn Oblast, Sumy Oblast, Kyiv Oblast, Donetsk Oblast took part. After processing the results of all games, the jury determined the winners. The third place was won by the team "Ad astra!" from the Kolkiv Secondary School I-III degrees-lyceum, yielding only to scholars from the Mayakiv Lyceum-Boarding  and Ternopil.

       У within the framework of the Championship, in addition to team games, a competition of young intellectuals in the individual championship was held. Among  high school students in Volyn, Oksenyuk Roman, a student of the 11th grade, was recognized as the best.

The key to a successful performance was the careful preparation and wise guidance of the mentors of the team of Reikina M.F. and Klepanchuk O.V.

    As the organizers from VDTO "KROKS" noted, they were pleased with the high level of preparation of the teams and the erudition of the participants. The held contest showed that young men and women study and know the history of their native country, are interested in the intricacies of various types of art, news and sports achievements, love poetry, and strive for physical and spiritual self-improvement. Schoolchildren noted that the game taught them to work harmoniously in a team and encouraged them to improve their intellectual level.
