Attention parents!

      Safety is the main principle that must be followed when driving. At the same time, it is mandatory not only for motor vehicle drivers, but also for pedestrians. According to official statistics, hitting a pedestrian is the most common type of road accident (in large cities, the share of collisions is more than 50% of all traffic accidents). At the same time, road accidents involving pedestrians mostly occur in the dark. That is why the reflective elements   are aimed at reflecting all the light falling on them in order to prevent a traffic accident by increasing the ability of the driver to see the road surface and the presence of obstacles on it.

Reflective elements can have different forms:

- stickers  (can be attached to clothes with Velcro);

- thermal strips (attached to fabric by heating with an iron);

- rigid bracelets (twisted, attached to an arm, leg or bag);

- pendants;

- keychains;

- icons;

- laces

Therefore, the directorate of OZNVK appeals to the parents of students in grades 1-11 to ensure that every schoolchild has reflective elements to ensure personal safety on the road and to prevent children's traffic injuries.

Це означає, що все більше дітей отримують можливість працювати в Інтернеті, а отже , the problem of the safety of our children in the World Wide Web is becoming extremely urgent. Since the Internet developed uncontrollably from the very beginning, it now contains a huge amount of information, including a lot of dangerous information. А хто їм у цьому допоможе, як не_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_their parents?

  1. Parents should know:

Жорстоке поводження і шкідливий вплив на дітей і підлітків в Інтернеті включає:

  • Production, distribution and use of material that depicts violence, including sexual violence.

  • Чіпляння або «залицяння» в мережі, входження в довіру дитини з метою залучення її у_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_situation where her may be harmed.

  • Display and propaganda of materials that can cause psychological, physical or other harm.

  • Harassment, blackmail or intimidation, including stalking.

  1. How to control children's behavior on the Internet?

Parental control of children's behavior on the Internet is possible with the help of various software:

  • Windows Vista;

  • Kaspersky Internet Security.

Using this software, you will be able to:

  • filter harmful content;

  • з'ясувати, які сайти насправді відвідує ваша дитина і що вона на них_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_does,

  • set time frames for using the computer and the Internet as a whole;

  • block some unwanted actions from your children, etc.

  1. Tips for parents:

    • Even before purchasing a computer or smartphone, it is useful to agree with the child the rules of its use - duration, goals, means, limitations.

    • At first, it is advisable to put the computer in a common room, use it only together, and the child should be taught to discuss with his parents everything that happened to him on the network, and to share with the children his own impressions from virtual immersions. And parents should not be ashamed to ask them for tips or help!

  2. Next steps:

    • It is necessary to warn the child that any personal information that he leaves on the network can be used against him - either simply for hooligan reasons or for selfish purposes. Therefore, it is absolutely unacceptable to tell anyone your real name, let alone your address or bank card number.

    • On the other hand, one must learn to be critical of any information received from the network; know how you can check its authenticity, how and for what you can use it.

  3. Attention, parents!

    • Limiting the virtual social contacts of children of a certain age is particularly difficult, and bans will not help matters here.

    • It is wiser to secure a promise that even when the child wants to meet with some of his virtual acquaintances "live", this meeting should only take place in a public, safe place, so that the parents know about it, and with mandatory "control calls".

    • Children should understand that they are not left alone with virtual problems, that they have someone to discuss these problems with, to whom to turn for help.

    • It is also necessary to remember that a child can be not only a victim of virtual criminals, but also commit illegal acts.

    • Few people in our country think about the fact that, by downloading stolen antivirus programs or leaving cheeky anonymous comments on various sites, we ourselves demonstrate virtual impunity and permissiveness to the child, which we resort to much less often in real life.

     To heads of enterprises, institutions, organizations Regarding the prevention of measles and diphtheria incidence In September-October 2018, the incidence of measles in Ukraine is increasing again. More than a thousand new cases are recorded every week. Since the beginning of the year, 35,233 Ukrainians have already been affected, the incidence has increased 17 times, 15 people have died from complications of measles: 11 children and 4 adults (13 of them were not vaccinated). There is no specific treatment for measles. According to the level of morbidity, Volyn is among the top ten regions affected by measles. More than 1,500 cases of measles, up to 70 outbreaks of measles in schools, pre-school education institutions, vocational and technical educational institutions, higher education institutions, enterprises and households have been registered. Measles affects both children and adults who have not been vaccinated against measles or who have been vaccinated with a violation of the calendar. A further increase in the incidence of measles is observed. The weekly increase in morbidity is 2 times. Vaccination is the only way to prevent complications and death from measles. Collective immunity can stop a measles outbreak - when at least 95% of Ukrainians are vaccinated against measles. In connection with the increase in measles cases, the measles headquarters of the Ministry of Health made a decision to expand the scope of vaccination for both children under 18 years of age and adults who belong to risk groups, medical workers, educators, students of educational institutions, representatives of law enforcement agencies, combatants without age restrictions. What everyone can do: -check your vaccination card: two doses of the PDA vaccine protect against measles throughout life, and in case of illness, significantly reduce the risk of serious complications; - if you or your child missed both or only the second dose of the CPC vaccine according to the Immunization Schedule, contact a health care facility as soon as possible to get vaccinated. - if you do not remember when and which vaccinations were given to you or your child and medical data about vaccinations have not been saved, contact your doctor - a therapist, pediatrician or family doctor. It is possible to check the presence of immunity against measles, rubella and mumps with the help of laboratory tests. Before vaccination, the doctor will order tests (for detecting IgG to the virus or others) - this is a quick and easy way to find out whether you have immunity to protect yourself from the disease. In connection with the low level of diphtheria vaccination coverage in the region as well as in Ukraine as a whole, an increase in the level of diseases from this infection is predicted. In particular, only 30-70% of children of various age groups and 30% of adults are vaccinated (recommended 95%). In the current year, seven cases of diphtheria were registered in Ukraine, in 2017 - none. There is no lifelong immunity from the disease. Diphtheria is an extremely serious disease characterized by damage to the cardiovascular and nervous systems and high mortality. The goal of vaccination is to create an anti-toxic immunity against diphtheria, the presence of which practically eliminates the danger of developing severe forms of diphtheria and leads to a decrease in morbidity. Therefore, individuals (especially those in the risk group) need revaccination with a minimum interval of 10 years. In connection with the above, it is necessary to intensify explanatory work among employees, pupils, students, etc. on the prevention of measles and diphtheria regarding the need for vaccinations in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

10 reasons to take away a child's tablet and smartphone

      Why it is necessary to limit the time of use of gadgets for children.
A team of researchers from the University of Iowa concluded that currently up to 90% of 2-year-old children in America already use tablets!

Of course, on the one hand, this is not bad: various educational games and puzzles for babies can have a positive effect on children, but scientists still   recommend limiting the time of use of gadgets for babies. And they have serious reasons for this.

1. It negatively affects the child's ability to socialize.

Between the ages of 0 and 2, a child's brain increases three times. The voice of the parents, their touch, joint games can help the child to be formed in such a way that later establish normal emotional connections with other people.

But with kids who already have access to gadgets at such a young age, constantly watch cartoons, everything is a little different. Their nervous system begins to develop worse, this has a bad effect on concentration and perception of the people around them.

As they grow older, it becomes more difficult for them to build normal, harmonious relationships with the people around them.

2. Children are more prone to addiction to gadgets than adults

"Technology attracts people because in the virtual world you can endlessly try something new. It is very difficult to give up their use precisely because there are no restrictions on satisfying one's desires," says Dr. Gary Small, professor of psychiatry and director of the Longevity Center at the California Institute of Neurology.

With one push of a button, the child can get what he wants. But technology cannot teach a child moderation. That is why she gets used to the smartphone instantly, but, unlike an adult, she cannot always control and limit herself.

3. Passion for tablets and gadgets provokes tantrums

"If these devices become the primary tool to calm and distract young children, how will their own internal self-regulation mechanisms develop?" - asks Dr. Jenny Redeski.

If a child develops an attachment to something, he starts to cry and get angry when they try to take it away from him. But if your little one starts throwing tantrums about the gadget, don't rush to give him the tablet again just to calm him down. This will not solve the problem, it will only make it worse.

It is better to try to calm the child with a kind word and console him with a promise to go for a walk or some interesting story.

4. Constant games contribute to sleep disturbances

It has been proven that the use of electronic devices in the evening adversely affects the quality of sleep and has a bad effect on the emotional and physical state the next day.

The human nervous system rests between 9:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. However, many teenagers neglect this recreation, replacing it with more exciting pastimes. And, unfortunately, less useful.

5. Excessive fascination with gadgets affects learning and success

According to many researchers, smartphones, tablets and other gadgets have a negative effect on children's ability to learn, because they constantly distract their attention and make them distracted.

"These devices sometimes replace the hands-on activities needed to develop the sensorimotor and visual-motor skills that are important for learning," says Jenny Redeski, MD, of Boston University.

Among other things, video and online games can inhibit a child's creative imagination. And you should not be afraid that the child may be bored now. If he is bored, then there is a reason to come up with something. This is how children develop the ability to think creatively.

6. Tablets affect children's ability to think about the consequences of their actions

Communicating live, a person learns to monitor the interlocutor's reaction to his words, and in this he is helped by intonation, facial expression, tone of voice, and general behavior. But if the child communicates only online, he does not hear intonation, does not see body language, facial expression. He cannot sense changes in a person's mood. Meanwhile, all these skills are the basis for establishing human relationships.

"Technology can make the communication process easier," says Boston-based school psychologist Dr. Kate Roberts. "But when we have unlimited access to this kind of communication, we start to forget about face-to-face meetings. Some children generally try to avoid the natural manifestations of human nature, because it is much easier for them.

A child needs to constantly communicate live with his family and peers, because this is the only way he will be able to learn to show compassion and understand other people. Only live communication will teach him to feel at ease in the company of other people, which will be very useful in adult life.

7. Excessive obsession with gadgets can contribute to mental disorders

According to experts, the more time children spend on tablets and gadgets, the higher their risk of developing childhood depression, anxiety, lack of attachment to parents and siblings. They may also develop attention deficit disorder, psychosis, and may have problems with behavior and obedience.

8. Fascination with gadgets affects physical activity

The habit of sitting on the Internet or playing on a tablet is directly related to the threat of excess weight and even obesity, according to experts. After all, most often, while playing, chatting or just spending time online, we not only do not move, but at the same time we also chew something. In this case, not only adults, but also children are at risk of gaining extra weight.

Some experts even claim that the children of the 21st century will be the first generation that will not be able to outlive their parents due to obesity-related problems.

9. Fascination with gadgets increases the level of children's aggression

Many modern children practically do not know how to show compassion. This is especially true for those whose parents do not limit their online time in any way. Such children are much calmer and more comfortable in the illusory world of Internet games, where cruelty and murder are a completely normal phenomenon.

Excessive enthusiasm for such games leads to the fact that children begin to give up. that being angry and cruel is normal, and that beating and killing is an adequate way to solve problems.

10. Gadgets can trigger social anxiety and maladjustment

A huge flow of information, sometimes redundant and harmful, can make even an adult nervous and restless. What then to say about children, who are even less resistant to various worries? Someone wrote something on a social network, maybe someone said something offensive or humiliated, and that's it - their childish peace is disturbed.

After all, it is much easier to write than to say in person, which means that the probability of such situations, which are a huge stress for teenagers, also increases. As a result, they can become withdrawn and completely stop communicating in real life with real people.

Development of social skills is especially important for every child. If children are too nervous due to their inability or unwillingness to communicate and interact with other people, this can ultimately hinder their personal development and growth.

Rights and responsibilities of parents and children under the legislation of Ukraine

         Поняття «дитина» (« children") is used in two meanings. First, these are citizens who have not reached a certain age: a person has the legal status of a child until he reaches the age of majority (18 years). A child is considered a minor before reaching 14 years of age. A child between the ages of 14 and 18 is a minor. Secondly, children are persons who descend from other persons (their parents) and are their relatives of the first degree in direct descent (closest degree of kinship).
      Взаємні права and the obligations of parents and children are based on the origin of children from them, certified in accordance with the procedure established by law. Such a certificate is issued: by registration of the birth of a child in the state bodies for registration of acts of civil status at the request of any of the parents or close relatives, if the child is born in marriage; on the basis of voluntary recognition of the child's paternity by the father who is not married to the child's mother; based on the establishment of paternity by the court, if the parents are not married and the father denies paternity.
      _cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_  The mother and the father have equal rights and obligations towards the child, regardless of whether they are (or were previously) married and live together with the child. Children have equal rights and responsibilities towards their parents, regardless of whether their parents were married to each other.
      _cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_  Parents are obliged first of all to pick up the child from the maternity hospital or other health care facility and, no later than one month from the day of the child's birth, to register the child's birth in the state body for registering civil acts state They must determine the child's surname, first name and patronymic. The child's surname is determined according to the surname of the parents, and if the surnames of the parents are different, then with their consent; as a general rule, a child can be given no more than two names.
      _cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_   Parents have the duty to raise a child in the spirit of respect for the rights and freedoms of other people, love for one's family and family, his people, his Motherland; take care of the child's health, his physical, spiritual and moral development; to ensure that the child receives a full general secondary education, to prepare him for an independent life. All issues of raising a child are decided jointly by the parents. The parent who lives separately from the child is obliged to participate in his upbringing and has the right to personal communication with him. And the parent with whom the child lives has no right to prevent the other from communicating with the child and participating in its upbringing, if such communication does not interfere with the normal development of the child.
         Місце проживання дитини, яка не has reached the age of 10, is determined by the consent of the parents, at the age of 10 - by the joint consent of the parents and the child herself, and after reaching the age of 14 - by the child herself.
       Захист the rights and interests of minor children are entrusted to their parents, who act without special powers. In the case of marriage, minors acquire legal capacity in full and, from the moment of marriage, protect their rights independently.
      parents are obliged to respect the child. Parental rights cannot be exercised contrary to the interests of children. Any type of exploitation by the parents of their child, physical punishment of the child by the parents, as well as their use of other types of punishments that degrade the human dignity of the child are prohibited.

PEDAGOGICAL ADVICE FOR PARENTS

    Along with the positive value of mass media for the development of a young person, their influence on the public consciousness, in particular, of young men and women, is becoming increasingly dangerous. Information from modern media, overloaded with ideas, channels of struggle, competition, violence, constructs the psyche of young people, suggests models of aggressive behavior and a feeling of a dangerous life. A significant number of parents are concerned about the strong attraction of their children to television, video films and games, which distract them from educational activities, various types of activities useful for the personal development of young people, and the manifestation of their abilities. The danger from the mass media also lies in the fact that they "intercept" parents' educational influence on children, weaken the effectiveness of their pedagogical actions, as they become a significant source of information that is meaningful and attractive to young people. As a result of this competition, some parents weaken their control over their children's behavior, use authoritarian actions, methods of coercive influence that demand their unquestioning obedience. Such stereotypical, single-minded behavior of parents, without taking into account the actions, needs, wishes of children, prompts them to greater alienation, manifestation of dissatisfaction, aggression, anger, etc., and also increases their attraction to TV and video films, computer games, etc.
    The family is the most important center, a factor in the upbringing of young people, the formation of social traits and moral values in them. What values students prefer, what their hobbies are, how they treat the media depends on family upbringing. Therefore, the dominant role of the family in the formation of a young person's personality as a critical consumer of mass media is undeniable. However, it should be noted that it is much more difficult for parents, as well as teachers, to counteract the indiscriminate strong attraction of children to media products, which has been formed over the years. It is more effective to apply preventive, prophylactic actions, measures to develop students' critical attitude to media.
 Researchers of the problems of aggression testify that students who from childhood experience violence, insults, humiliation in the family are in a state of frustration, depression, anger, etc., which causes a tendency to aggression, belligerence, interest in information, scenes of violence, struggle, murder. Therefore, as scientists note, parents should acquire competence in developing positive interpersonal relationships with children, achieving mutual understanding with them, as well as effectiveness. First of all, they should be able to establish discipline in the family without violence and pressure on children. Education of sensitivity and cooperativeness in students, the ability of emotional control and moral assessment of one's own behavior becomes an antidote to the negative effects of the mass media. Therefore, some pedagogical advice to parents regarding the formation of students' critical attitude towards media influences is appropriate.
 1. Creating a psychologically comfortable "educational" environment in the family on the basis of trusting, tolerant interpersonal interaction of parents and students is the most important condition for the development of a child's positive well-being, acquisition of moral values.
 It is through the means of the family environment, which includes models of humanistic relations, the manifestation of cognitive interest in the positive aspects of life, that parents influence the development of personality, accustom the child to moral behavior, instill a desire for justice and kindness. An important task in this case is achieving a measure in the organization of control over the actions and behavior of students and giving them rights and freedoms in choosing actions, self-organization of behavior. Control over a child's life is an important duty of parents. However, it does not mean instilling fear, gaining power over the child, encouraging him to submit to parental demands, but establishing and supporting constructive interaction with him, choosing pedagogical actions that do not contradict his needs and desires and unobtrusively stimulate him to comply with social norms, independent decision-making. Love, empathy, sincerity and openness are the main conditions for creating a positive, moral climate in the family. Achieving the agreement of parents and students in the process of solving problems of discipline and destructive behavior is an important way of non-coercive pedagogical influence on the individual.

   Ten "golden rules" of raising happy children

Rule 1. Don't waste the child's time. In early childhood, the brain perceives new things best and accumulates knowledge. It is much more difficult to assimilate them later

Rule 2. Build self-esteem. It is necessary to develop such abilities in a child, to instill such skills that would distinguish him from others, would command the respect of peers and adults. Children should know that success, future well-being depends on them. And also: every child should have a good friend. Parents direct this friendship and strengthen it.

Rule 3. Teach the child to communicate. There are six conditions under which a child develops useful skills: sincere love for parents (gives a sense of security); friendly attitude to others (not only to relatives and friends); external attractiveness (clothes, manners); the opportunity to observe correct communication (behavior of parents, teachers, peers); high self-esteem, and hence self-confidence; average (at least) vocabulary; the ability to maintain a conversation.

Rule 4. Make sure that the child does not become a TV or computer addict. Because these types of activities inhibit the development of the left hemisphere of the brain in children. And it determines the development of language. So, over time, the child may have communication problems.

Rule 5. Cultivate responsibility, decency. Not only always explain "what is good and what is bad", but also consolidate good skills, punish for bad actions. You should be an example.

Rule 6. Teach the child to respect the family To raise gentle and loving children, surround them with care and affection from the first days of life. Children should see that when going to work or coming home, dad and mom kiss - this is a family ritual.

Rule 7. Live in a good environment. The friends your children choose for themselves will influence their moral orientations and behavior. If you live in a socio-psychological dump, it is difficult for children to get out of it, spreading the scent of roses.

Rule 8. Be demanding. But don't be tyrants. Children do not become intelligent and obedient immediately, it takes years.

Rule 9. Accustom the child to work. But without coercion. Make sure that they acquire work skills, make sure that their life is filled with interesting and useful things.

Rule 10. Do not do for children what they can do themselves. Let them try everything, let them learn from their own mistakes.
      How can you help a child behave well?
Most parents wonder if they are behaving correctly with their child. Of course, there are no perfect parents. They all have difficulties and are sometimes not sure if they are raising their children well. One of the problems that worries parents the most is the question of behavior: what should be done so that children behave well? Use our tips.

Set an example of good behavior for children
Children learn by imitating the behavior of adults. Your behavior is an example to follow.
       _cc781905 -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_Change the environment, not the child
It is better to keep valuable, fragile and dangerous objects out of the reach of children than to later punish children for their natural curiosity.
      _cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ Express your wishes positively
Tell your children what you expect from them instead of what you do NOT want.
      Висувайте реальні вимоги
Ask yourself whether your requirements meet the age of the child, the situation in which he found himself. You should be more tolerant of small and sick children.
       Не place too much importance on encouragement and punishment
As the child grows up, punishment and encouragement become less and less effective. Explain the reason that influences your decision. Strive for a compromise in communication with older children, and with younger ones - use tactics of switching attention.
     Choose upbringing without yelling and beating
At first it may seem effective, but it will soon become clear: every time you are forced to hit everything with greater force to achieve the desired result. Yelling or constant scolding is also harmful and can lead to long-term emotional problems.
  Punishments do not help the child develop self-control and respect for others.

Facts that may surprise you...

Children often do not understand why they are punished
Research shows that the demands of adults often seem incomprehensible to children. Remember, when the child received a slap, he becomes too angry, nervous and excited, so he cannot understand what and why he was punished.
 Help children behave better by giving them choices.
argue with children about matters of little importance. Let them make choices: let them decide what to wear or what to eat.
 This will prevent resentment and disobedience from the child. She will not blame you for constantly controlling her.
 Children have the right to a positive attitude towards themselves
The Government of Ukraine undertook to adhere to the principles of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. It states that children have rights, one of which is the right to protection from any form of physical and mental violence and intentional humiliation.

Ten steps to becoming a better parent

1. Love is the most important need of all children and one of the main prerequisites for a child's positive behavior. Parental love helps a child to form self-confidence, causes a sense of self-worth.

2. Listen to what your child says. Be interested in what she does and feels.

3. All relationships, including those built on love and trust, need certain limitations. Parents should define these limits for their children. Remember that children's violation of any restrictions is a natural learning process for them, and it should not be considered a manifestation of disobedience. Children feel safer when parents also follow the limits they set.

4. Laughter helps defuse a tense situation. Sometimes parents are too serious. This prevents them from fully experiencing the joy of parenthood. Be able to see the funny moments and allow yourself to laugh at every opportunity.

5. Try to see the world through the eyes of your child and understand his feelings. Remember how you felt. When you were a child, and how incomprehensible the world of adults seemed to you, when you were treated unfairly.

6. Praise and encourage the child. Expect the child to behave well and encourage efforts to do so. Praise her for good behavior.

7. Respect your child as you would respect an adult. Allow the child to participate in decision-making, especially those that affect him. Listen to the child's opinion. If you are forced to say something unpleasant to a child, think about how you would say it to an adult. Apologize if you have done wrong to the child.

8. Plan the child's daily routine. Young children will feel more secure if they follow a clear daily routine.

9. Every family has its own rules. Be consistent and enforce them, and try to show some flexibility regarding compliance with these rules by young children. Children can be confused if a rule is followed one day and not followed the next.

10. Do not forget about your own needs! When parenting starts to feel like hard work and you feel like you're running out of patience, take some time for yourself. Do what brings you pleasure. If you realize that you are losing control over yourself and can shout at the child, insult, humiliate or hit him, leave the child for a few minutes, count to ten and calm down.

Let's save our children!

         Серед гострих соціальних проблем, яких unfortunately, we do not lack it today, one of the most painful is the problem of drug addiction. In the twenty-first century, the morbid craving for a deadly potion has become widespread. Drug addiction is now being talked about all over the world. In addition, drugs, cannabis, bupremorphine, amphetamine, spice, ecstasy, opium and their precursors are now widely distributed among young people.

We appeal to healthy children, parents and other citizens of a healthy nation: when a person picks up a syringe or a package with poison for the first time, without thinking about the fact that with the first dose there will be the next one, and then the abyss, and this should be told as widely as possible and constantly emphasized about the most fatal consequences of use with specific examples, which, unfortunately, currently flood the Internet.

         У зв'язку з цим , employees of the juvenile prevention department of the Main Department of the National Police in the Volyn region constantly carry out preventive measures aimed at ensuring social and legal protection of children in relation to the prevention of the use and possible distribution, or facilitating it, of narcotic drugs.

        Закликаємо всіх небайдужих батьків здійснювати максимум заходів для убезпечення дітей від наркотичної залежності, namely:

- Strengthen control over the child's leisure time, especially during extracurricular hours;

- Find out as much information as possible about the child's social circle and the age category of friends or acquaintances;

- Check children's personal belongings for the detection of prohibited substances;

- Check and monitor children's correspondence and photos on social media pages;

- Take other measures to prevent and curb the use of narcotic and psychotropic substances by children in the initial stages.

Let's save children's health and our future together!!!

How to avoid mistakes,

working with elementary school students on homework

Note to parents

  •  Educate your child into the habit of systematic preparation.

  •  You can start doing tasks 1.5-2 hours after school. The optimal time is from 15.00 to 17.00.

  •  Teach your child to sit down to work without reminders.

  •  Teach your child to use the watch. Show how to take breaks (10-15 minutes) for active recreation and get back to work. All this the child must do regardless of whether you  can pay attention to it or not.

  •  Teach the child to first make a tentative plan of future actions, consult with you and discuss how to complete the task, and then start working independently.

  •  Learn to highlight the main and secondary things, be able to focus on the main thing.

  •  Don't forget to remind the student to repeat the rules learned in class.

  •  Educate your child's self-control, self-analysis and self-evaluation. The simplest way of self-evaluation is to compare today's level of performance with yesterday's. Emphasize even small victories so that the child notices them and tries to achieve greater results.

  •  Do not compare your child's learning results with the results of other children, but only with his own!

  •  Don't forget to celebrate the child's diligence. Do not create a "chronic praise deficit" because the child receives a lower score instead of the expected high one.

  •  At the beginning of the school year, it is useful to monitor how the child does homework.     Check if she has understood the material correctly. In the 1st semester, it is better to do it every evening, and in the 2nd semester, control can be reduced to two or three times a week.

  •  Checking does not mean “doing instead”: never suggest ready-made solutions to the child.
