Western Ukrainian Regional Training Center, located in Lviv, within the framework of the "Polish Aid" program and financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland conducts significant work on improving entrepreneurship education in the Ukrainian education system. Yes, the teacher of economics of the National Economic Center "Kolkivska ZOSH I-III degrees-lyceum" Pankiv N.B. and practical psychologist Klepanchuk O.V. became participants in a series of training seminars "Initiative Youth-3: practical application of entrepreneurship training tools in the Ukrainian education system". This year, the Kolkivskyi National Technical University started the work of the TsTDU circles, where schoolchildren master the basics of entrepreneurial activity. And recently, four groups of high school students took part in a business project competition. Only two teams made it to the finals, and the prize-winner was  a trio of tenth grade girls.

Impressions are shared  by Orysya Markevich, a member of the "Young Journalist" group.

In September, ZUNRC announced a Polish-Ukrainian competition for the best student project "Junior Business 2015". We decided to take part in it. O.V. Klepanchuk helped us in this. That's how our journey of hundreds of kilometers began.

At first, to be honest, not even the slightest hope of victory flickered in our hearts. But some time passed, and we received an invitation to Lviv to present our business idea, which meant that the team made it to the next - final round. Even after the performance, we were very doubtful that the judges liked our work, because they "pelted" us with a lot of questions.

However, in a few hours the jury announced the results. You can't even imagine our joy and surprise after hearing that. Three teams, among which the honorable 2nd place belonged to us - as a reward and to gain some experience  in the field of business - are going for 6 days  to Krakow - the cultural capital of Poland. The team consisting of Orisa Markevich, Kateryna Ogrebchuk, and Sofiya Zinchuk began to prepare for the trip.

And after a few weeks, we were greeted by a rain-soaked, but such a wonderful city.

Thousands of strokes are applied to the paper to create a masterpiece, as well as hundreds of people made maximum efforts to make our vacation interesting. And they certainly succeeded.

It was the best week of my life. It would seem that what is good in banal trips to museums with strangers in a foreign city? However, I was very wrong when I thought that I would have to be bored.

Although the weather did not seem very favorable, that soul was burning with youthful curiosity and unrestrainedness. I wanted to see as much as possible and experience everything for myself.

The program was very rich and multifaceted. We visited such important places in Poland as the salt mines in Wieliczka, the Wawel Castle, the Schindler Factory, the John Paul II Museum, the Cathedral of Saints Sviatoslav and Wenceslas, and many others.

But the organizers, although they tried to arouse our interest in Polish history and culture , and did not forget to please with entertainment and communication with peers.

Everyone: both adults and children - were delighted after visiting the thermal pool in Białka Tatšanska and the mountain town of Zakopane. The beauty of the local Tatras cannot leave anyone indifferent. It seems that they start from the endless sky, wrapped in thick fog and bathed in golden sunlight.

But not only the extraordinary scenery made our trip so beautiful, but also the surroundings. The people who have been around all these days deserve great respect and a kind of admiration for them. You can't even imagine how wonderful it is to be among so many erudite and interesting personalities. Communication with Polish schoolchildren also seemed very fun and useful.

And you can't ignore the extraordinary Polish cuisine. We did not even expect such high-quality service and variety of dishes.

I want to wish my peers faith in themselves and perseverance. Do not be afraid to make mistakes, experiment and win. After all, the one who is currently at the top did not fall there from the sky.

In turn, I am grateful to God and the organization "Mistia" - Małopolska Institute of Local Self-Government and Administration  for such an opportunity to communicate with interesting people in this wonderful country. I hope that I will still have the opportunity to enjoy pleasant moments together with all our "crew" of happy and smiling young people.

Although these moments will never be repeated, they will remain in my heart and memory forever.
