Day of Dignity and Freedomis an extremely historically important and memorable day for Ukraine. This is the day of freedom, hope, holiday of free Ukrainians.

       Відповідно to the Decree of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, the Ukrainian people celebrate this holiday for the second time.

       Саме on this day, November 21, the first tents appeared on the Maidan, which gave rise to the great and victorious struggle of conscious Ukrainians against the regime of that time. Ukrainians have declared to the whole world about their desire to live in a free, independent, democratically developed European state, the name of which is Ukraine.

And their choice to fight for freedom and dignity is justified. Because if then it was a sincere aspiration that united the nation, now it is a reality that once again proves that Ukraine is a European state, and the Ukrainian nation is a nation of unconquered, strong-spirited, worthy, free descendants of the Cossack race."
