 On the initiative of public organizations of Ukrainians abroad, separate institutions and classes can be organized for students from Ukraine, in which training will be conducted according to the educational programs of Ukraine.

 Issuance of education documents in such cases will be carried out by the International Ukrainian School (ISU) or any other institution of general secondary education of Ukraine, with which public organizations of Ukrainians abroad have relevant agreements on assistance to Ukrainian children.

   All students must be enrolled in the Moscow State University or another educational institution of Ukraine in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine.   According to the legislation of the Republic of Poland, children from Ukraine can also be enrolled in general secondary education institutions in Poland upon the application of their parents.

  Martial law continues in Ukraine in connection with the Russian invasion of the territory of our state. The MES team has compiled a list of useful resources for adults and children regarding psychological support, education and information.

On the initiative of Daria Gerasimchuk, the Office of the President of Ukraine, together with UNICEF and the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, created a chatbot "The child is not alone": @dytyna_ne_sama_bot. The bot is focused on helping minor children in difficult wartime situations. Here you can find information on how to shelter a child, what to do if it is lost or you find it. In addition, the bot has the contacts of the support hotline for children, families and social workers.

In addition, the leading open online platform United Ukrainian University (UUU) can to provide HELP LINE to all institutions to help them use the offer in an organized manner and set up the registration process and possible adaptation of courses.

 

The projects of the Ministry of Education and Culture were launched together with partners:

  1. NUMO online kindergarten with video classes for children aged 3 to 6 years. The first issue is available for viewing on YouTube channels MES and UNICEF and on platforms MEGOGO and VoliaTV.

  2. "Learning without borders" is a joint educational project of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, Ukrainian TV channels PLUSPLUS, "Pixel" and regional channels of the Public Broadcaster, as well as online television platforms MEGOGOKyivstar TV1+1 videosweet.tvVoliaTV.

  3. Ministry of Education and Culture together with Google Ukraine created All-Ukrainian online schedule for students of grades 1-11.

  4. Anyone can use  platform "All-Ukrainian School Online", which contains video lessons, notes, test tasks, as well as Teacher's office, which helps to stay in touch with students. Designed for convenience mobile application, а Youtube channel МОН contains information that may be useful.

  5. Daily online meetings at 13.00 and 20.00 with certified psychologists of the Association of Innovative and Digital Education.

  6. MES in cooperation with a child psychologist prepared a series of information materials "Psychological care from Svetlana Roiz".

  7. Educators and child psychologists with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science launched telegram-channel "Support the child". 

  8. Developed children's informational comic on how to behave during martial law - a collection of informational advice for children and their loved ones.

  9. Through the appeal of education seekers to the whole world МОН unites in "Voice of our state today".

Distance schools provide free access to education during martial law. The MES team has prepared a list of schools and organizations that can help children and families.

  1. Distance school "Atmospheric school" provides free access to the "Listener" package with ready-made educational materials that can also be used by teachers.

  2. Distance school "Optimum" opened free access to annual materials for grades 1-11. After registration, all those interested will receive a link and passwords for login.

  3. Distance school "DAR" opened an educational platform for students of grades 7-11.

  4. Academy of Modern Education "A+" created by online project  for all children of Ukraine who can join classes at Zoom.

  5. "Jamm School" team organized distance school for students of grades 5-11.

  6. The modern education platform "ThinkGlobal Online" adds to live lessons, provides educational materials and conducts additional activities for children. Follow schedule.

  7. The distance school "Liko Education Online" offers free access to learning on the "Liko Education Online" platform for everyone. Instructions for registration for training (grades 2-11) by link.

  8. "Alterra School" opens an externship platform. Users will be able to access materials and tests. Details here.

  9. Educational platform "OkStudy" has started free daily online meetings with children from 6 years old: dancing, games, English, watching movies, etc. The schedule is updated daily in Telegram channels.

  10. "SHAG" computer academy organized a series of free online workshops and thematic meetings for children aged 7-14: Internet safety, creation and first steps to earning money on NFT, game development using Construct. Stay tuned for updates at site.

  11. Scientific Lyceum of Klim Churyumov opened registration for online lessons and regular daily meetings of children with a psychologist. The program gives children the opportunity to listen to subjects of the school curriculum, popular science lectures, author's courses from scientists, artists, interesting interactive non-formal education and join the language club. During the day, they plan to regularly engage psychologists.

  15. Scientific and research school "Bazys" together with Viber-community "School of information" are conducting an educational initiative for primary and secondary school students of Ukraine.
